Dr Nitin Nagpaul

Director, General Dental Practitioner with special interest in Implants

The concept of Mouth as a specialist centre for dental excellence was created by Nitin Nagpaul. Nitin qualified from the prestigious Guy’s Hospital in 1998 and is a member of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, which he achieved by extensive examination post qualification. Nitin has worked exclusively in practice and has been appointed as a trainer for a scheme designed for newly qualified dentists. Nitin’s professional interest focuses on implantology for which he has been trained on the world renowned Nobel Biocare implant system. The Cerec CAD system for same day inlays was introduced to Waterside by Nitin as soon as it was available in the UK.

Dr Suneil Amin

BDS (Lond), MJDF RCS (Eng) – GDC Reg 177837
Director, General Dental Practitioner with special interest in Implants

Suneil qualified from Kings College London University in 2009. His early career focused on surgical dentistry which was where Suneil developed his interest in Implant dentistry. Suneil has completed his MJDF RCS (Membership of the joint dental faculty) and the Diploma in Implant Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons. Suneil has worked within some of the leading practices for Invisalign and is one of the most experienced dentists in this area within this field. Suneil’s enthusiasm for both restorative and surgical dentistry has allowed him to develop a keen interest in both cosmetic and implant dentistry. Suneil is extremely personable with an excellent bed side manner. He always connects with his patients and has proved to be a very popular member of our team.

Dr Helen Ngo

Dentist and Invisalign Clinician

Helen qualified from King’s College, London, in 2007 with honours and was a gold medal runner up in her year. She has since attained Postgraduate Certificates in Orthodontics at Warwick University and Dental Education at University of Bedfordshire. Helen is an Invisalign Diamond provider with a passion for digital dentistry.

Helen’s has a passion for improving smiles using Invisalign, followed by bleaching and bonding composite restorations to worn and chipped teeth. Helen enjoys the artistic nature of restoring broken teeth and has an eye for perfection. Helen enjoys using the iTero scanner for most of her work and has a mostly impression- free digital workflow for dental veneers, crowns, bridges and dentures.

Helen enjoys teaching and has hosted a study club for new Invisalign providers. She also enjoys mentoring new dental graduates and was a foundation trainer in the past. She was also a senior house officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Queen Mary’s Hospital and at Guy’s Hospital.

Helen can also speak fluent Cantonese.

Dr Chanpreet Kalsi Sehmi

Facial Aesthetics

Chanpreet qualified with a bachelor’s of dental surgery (BDS) from Guy’s, King’s & St Thomas’ dental school in 2009. After spending a year working with the NHS in the Shropshire countryside, she has spent the majority of her career in private practices Central London. Chanpreet has continued to further develop his skills and training both in London and internationally in Canada.

Chanpreet is fully certified in many of the modern restorative and cosmetic procedures available today, including Invisalign, composite bonding, CEREC same day crowns and the Enlighten whitening system. She has also completed an advanced cosmetic course dentistry with one of the UKs leading cosmetic dentists. 

Being very keen on further education and self-improvement, Chanpreet has also completed further qualifications with the Royal College of Surgeons, to become a member of the joint dental faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons of England including the college’s Faculty of Dental Surgery. Chanpreet has a keen interest in the provision of sedation for nervous patients and is a member of the SAAD, a dental charity dedicated to the advancement of knowledge in pain and anxiety control in dentistry.

Chanpreet has a keen interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, restoring teeth and improving the smile. During your visit you can view some of the many smile make over and smile design type treatments and cosmetic improvements that Chanpreet has performed and discuss how these can give you the smile that you desire.

Chanpreet offers anti-wrinkle treatments and facial aesthetic enhancement treatments with botulinum toxin and dermal fillers. She trained at the prestigious KT Training Academy on Harley Street in 2011.  Dr Sehmi takes pride in her subtle yet effective result with her many years of experience.

Outside of work Chanpreet keeps busy as a mom of two. She enjoys travelling, keeping fit and spending time with friends

Dr Ross P Lewis

BDS (Hons) MJDF RCS (Eng) DWSI (Oral Surgery) PgCert (Dental Education)

Ross qualified from Cardiff School of Dentistry in 2014 and has vast experience within both general practice and hospital based dentistry. Ross is committed to providing high quality dental care and has a special interest accreditation in Oral Surgery. Ross’ ethos is to be approachable and friendly, in order to provide the best care at all times.

Ross has completed many years of dental core training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. This has included working in multiple hospitals over England and Wales at varying levels that include Senior House Office, Junior Clinical Fellow and a Senior Clinical Fellow. His time in these roles also included presenting work at regional, national and international levels.

Ross is a member of the Joint Faculties of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons of England, the British Association of Oral Surgeons, and is a Dental Foundation Trainer for newly qualified dental graduates. Ross has also completed formal training courses in dental implantology, conscious sedation and facial aesthetics. Ross has a post graduate certificate in dental education and is currently completing further post graduate certificates in aesthetic and restorative dentistry.

Ross is a sports enthusiast with particular interests in running, skiing and tennis. He is also an avid food fan and enjoys eating and trying new cuisines with friends.

Dr Dinesh Mohan

Qualified with dual degrees with Bachelors in Biomedical Science (2012) and Masters in Dentistry (2017), Dinesh has developed many skillsets to further enhance his love for dentistry.

Dinesh’s main passion and focus comes from the aesthetic side of dentistry. Dinesh has completed various aesthetic courses and is an Invisalign Go/Go Plus Provider and also a Smilefast Provider. Dinesh enjoys improving patient’s natural smiles and has undergone many courses for minimally invasive treatments such as composite bonding.

Dinesh encourages a relaxed and friendly experience, especially for those who have previously been worried about dental visits. His main focus is stabilising patient’s oral health first and then ensuring that even if they don’t walk in with a smile, they will leave with one.

Outside of work, Dinesh likes to be active with gym and football and also loves travelling.


Mr Anish Shah

Specialist and Consultant Oral Surgeon

Anish is a consultant oral surgeon with over 15 years specialist experience. He qualified from Guy’s Hospital in 1999 with double honours and embarked on a career in oral surgery. He also works for South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust and is a Member and Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons. His expertise lies in all aspects of oral surgery such as complex wisdom teeth removal, cyst removal, biosy of patches, apicectomy and tongue tie surgery.

Anish has also developed a special interest in oral medical conditions such as oral ulcerations, burning mouth syndrome and lichen planus. He is one of the clinical leads for community dental services for SE Essex and lectures nationally and internationally on oral surgery. He contributes to medical journals and has published many articles on oral surgery and oral medicine.

Jayneet Patel

BDS, MJDF RCS (Eng), MSc. IMOrth RCS (Eng) GDC Reg - 104208

Jayneet carried out his undergraduate training at Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Hospital trust, qualifying in 2006. Following a year in general dental practice, he undertook two years of further training in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at St Georges Hospital and Paediatric dentistry at the Eastman Dental Institute. During this time, he became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, England. In 2009, he commenced the 3 year Specialist Orthodontic training at the Royal London Hospital, completing a Masters in Science degree in 2011, and the Intercollegiate Membership in Orthodontics (IMOrth) in 2012, from the Royal College of Surgeons, England.

Jayneet continues to work part time as an Associate Specialist in Orthodontics at the Royal London Hospital, where he enjoys teaching undergraduate students and treating patients with complicated treatment plans. He is registered with the General Dental Council, and is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons, England as well as the British Orthodontic society and European Orthodontic Society.

Tiago Pimentel

LMD, MSc (Endo), MClinDent (Endo), MRD RCS (Ed)

After graduating from the University of Coimbra, Portugal (2005), Tiago worked in general dental practice and carried out further training in different areas being awarded a postgraduate certificate in Advanced Oral Surgery in 2008 and one in Implantology in 2009.

Tiago moved to the UK to further his training in Endodontics and was awarded an MSc with distinction in 2016 at King’s College London. He completed his 4-year specialist training (MClinDent) at the same institution in 2020.

The training he has received and the experience gathered over the years allows him to offer a variety of treatments and to manage the most complex endodontic problems, whilst maintaining a calm and pain-free environment.

Tiago was also involved in supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students at King’s College London.

He likes travelling, photography and reading.

Dr. Kostas Ioannidis

DDS, MSc Specialization (Endodontology) (A.U.Th, GRE), Specialist in Endodontics (GDC 207658, UK), PhD in Endodontology and Dental Materials (King’s College London, UK), PGDip in Forensic Medical Sciences (Academy of Forensic Medical Sciences, UK)

Kostas was awarded a Student Scholarship by the Hellenic Scientific Society and the Hellenic State Scholarships Foundation (www.iky.gr) and graduated from the School of Dentistry, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, in 2007.

In 2010, he successfully completed the MSc Degree of Specialization in Endodontics (Dept. of Endodontology, School of Dentistry, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece). This is one of the very few programs across Europe, which is accredited by the European Society of Endodontology (E.S.E.), providing the Specialty Certificate in the E.U.

In 2011, Kostas entered his name in the General Dental Council Specialist List in Endodontics (UK) successfully. Over the last 10 years, Kostas provides specialist endodontic referral services in Central and Greater London areas, Kent, Surrey, Wiltshire and Hertfordshire. Kostas has also worked for the National Health Service (NHS) at Guy’s Hospital, Central London NHS Trust and operated the NHS Specialist Referral service for the Lewisham area in South East London for 7 years.

In 2013, Kostas decided to progress in his academic career at Guy’s Hospital, Centre for Oral Clinical & Translational Science, Faculty of Dentistry, Oral & Craniofacial Sciences, King’s College London, UK. In 2019, he completed his PhD in Endodontology and Dental Materials with title: ‘Formation of toxic disinfection by-products during chemomechanical preparation of infected root canals and alternative methods for root canal disinfection’.

Currently, Kostas serves as a Clinical Alumni (KCL Dental Institute, Unit of Distance Learning, LonDEC, Waterloo Campus, MSc in Endodontics) and is a Honorary Post-Doctoral Research Associate (Centre for Host-Microbiome Interactions, Faculty of Dentistry, Oral & Craniofacial Sciences, King’s College London, UK). He lectures to the postgraduate students of the MClinDent Specialist Training pathway, as well as the MSc (distance learning) in Endodontics.

During the second Covid lock-down in UK, Kostas attended a course in medical forensics and was recently awarded with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Forensic Medical Sciences (Academy of Forensic Medical Sciences, UK).

He believes in continuous education, professional development and life-long learning. He is author in several scientific publications in journals with high impact factor and lectures in prestigious international and hellenic conferences. He is an active member of the British Endodontic Society, European Society of Endodontology and the International Association of Dental Research. Kostas is manuscript reviewer in several international per-reviewed dental Journals.

In his limited spare time, he enjoys travelling, playing basketball and attending to music concerts.

Dr Shray Patel

BDS, MJDF PGDip, DClindent Periodontics, MPerio RCS (Ed)

Shray is a registered Specialist Periodontist. He graduated as a dentist from King’s College London in 2013 and has worked in both general practice and at the Oral and Maxillofacial unit in the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford During this time he completed his Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons of Scotland as well as his Postgraduate Diploma.

Shray then went on to complete his extensive three-year Periodontology Specialist training at Queen Mary University of London where he gained his Docatorate in Clinical Dentistry and Membership of Periodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He subsequently gained his inclusion on the Specialist Register.

Shray is passionate about periodontology and the important role it plays in the oral and general health of his patients. He is committed to providing high quality treatment and wants all his patients to feel happy and confident with their teeth and gums. His practice is now limited to periodontology and implants. He is a keen learner and is constantly looking to develop his skills further as technology advances.

In his spare time, Shray enjoys playing sport, mainly cricket, tennis and football. He is also a keen mountain climber and likes transferring his dental and problem-solving skills into various DIY projects.


Miss Pragya Kafle

Pragya completed her Bachelor of Dental Care Professional in 2010 and Master of Science in Oral pathology from Queen Mary university of London in 2014. Before she started her career as a Dental hygienist and therapist Pragya was working as Oral Health educator and dental nurse.

Before relocating to the United Kingdom Pragya worked as an integral part of a private practice in Nepal providing preventative, aesthetic restorative treatment, periodontal treatment to all age’s patient including children.

Pragya is very passionate in providing the highest quality of individualised patient care in full compliance with regulation and best-practice, working effectively with other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment. Pragya has worked alongside specialist periodontics, orthodontics and implantodontics she has special interest in patients gum care, education and oral health promotion .Combining strong competency in a wide range of all dental treatments and with special interest on helping patients with periodontal disease with an in-depth understanding her patients received an individually tailored oral health education and prevention of dental disease in a unique service Pragya is always keen to work in a professional and efficient manner.

Nicole Omondi

Nicole Omondi

Nicole qualified with a Degree in Oral Health Science from the University of Essex in 2021. She started her career within the Dental Industry in 2016 as a dental nurse, however she wanted to play a more integral role in patient treatment and care.

Nicole is extremely passionate about teaching and helping her patients improve their oral health through educating them them about the causes and prevention. She does this through a holistic approach, taking into account a patients general well being.

With her friendly and relaxed approach, her patients leave feeling more confident and motivated. Nicole is keen to grow her career and hopes to study Dental Therapy to be able to provide patients with restorations.


Michaela Di Palma

Michaela Di Palma

Michaela has worked in the dental industry since 2018, she passed her exam for the National Diploma for Dental Nursing in February 2020.
Michaela loves all aspects of her job, working with different clinicians and specialists. She is passionate and dedicated to learn and improve every day.

Michaela will start her training in Biomedical Science at the University of Greenwich in September, and aims to become an oral health specialist. In her free time she is interested in new places to visit and long walks.

Lauren Nielson

Head Nurse

Lauren qualified as a dental nurse in 2014 after studying in her home city Edinburgh, where she worked in a private and NHS mixed practice to begin her career.

In 2017 she flew over to Melbourne, Australia where she lived and worked for a year. She gained a lot of experience by doing agency work and travelled around the city to work with a lot of different dentists and specialists along the way.

Lauren enjoys all aspects of dentistry and her friendly positive attitude bodes well with patients and colleagues.

She recently moved to London from Edinburgh and very much looks forward to advancing her career here at Mouth.

Referrals Coordinator

Katerin, born in South America and fluent in Spanish, she has worked in dentistry for the past 3 years, working with different specialist and cosmetic dentists. Firstly starting as a dental receptionist in 2017 she slowly worked up to Treatment Coordinating. These past few years have made her realise how much she loves working in the field of dentistry and would not change it for anything else.

Katerin’s main priority is making sure patients are well taken care of and understand every step of their treatment. With her warm, caring and patient manner, she is able to create a great relationship with them along the way.

In her spare time she enjoys long walks with her dog Max, as well as spending time with family and going on holiday.

Cristina is an experienced receptionists of 3 years performing a wide range of front desk, clerical and administrative tasks in a private dental clinic. Looking after the patients is such an important role for her, ensuring their experience is pleasant and unique.
She is a trustful and friendly receptionist with colleagues and patients.



Tiffany is one of our exceptional patient care coordinators here at Mouth Dental.

She studied International Relations and Development at SOAS university in London. She has also been working in the field of dentistry for more than 8 years allowing her to gain the skills and knowledge of an incredible patient care coordinator.

You can rest assured that Tiffany will be able to assist you from your initial consultation throughout your journey.

In her spare time, she loves to travel, read and scuba dive!



Faiza originally from Toronto, Canada has worked in dentistry for 2 years. She enjoys interacting with patients, making them feel welcomed and comfortable. She looks at each day as an opportunity to learn something new and exciting. Dedicated and ambitious, she wants to learn more and progress within the field. 

Outside of work, she enjoys different culinary experiences, travelling, and spending time with her friends, and family.
