Dr Nitin Nagpaul
The concept of Mouth as a specialist centre for dental excellence was created by Nitin Nagpaul. Nitin qualified from the prestigious Guy’s Hospital in 1998 and is a member of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, which he achieved by extensive examination post qualification. Nitin has worked exclusively in practice and has been appointed as a trainer for a scheme designed for newly qualified dentists. Nitin’s professional interest focuses on implantology for which he has been trained on the world renowned Nobel Biocare implant system. The Cerec CAD system for same day inlays was introduced to Waterside by Nitin as soon as it was available in the UK.

Dr Chanpreet Kalsi Sehmi
Facial Aesthetician, General and Sedation Dentist
Dr Chanpreet Sehmi qualified from Guys Kings and St Thomas’ Dental Institute. Since then she has furthered her education and skills by attending various cosmetic dental courses and conferences in the UK and worldwide. She has a keen interest in providing sedation for nervous clients.
She trained at the prestigious KT Training Academy on Harley Street in 2011 in the provision of Botox and Dermal Filler treatments. Wrinkle reduction and facial rejuvenation are her areas of expertise. Dr Sehmi takes pride in her subtle yet effective result with her many years of experience.
She also provides bespoke dietary analyses for her patients, which can help you identify exactly where those hidden sugars in your diet are.

Dr Nika Abolsedgh
Nika is a Doctor of Dental Medicine, achieved with Latin Honours. In the pursuit of providing excellence in dental care, she is completing the prestigious Restorative MSc at the Eastman Dental Institute, UCL London.
From creating beautiful bespoke smiles, to salvaging heavily restored and worn dentitions, Nika has an exceptional range of clinical talents. She has a keen interest in biomimetic dentistry, i.e. the preservation of intact tooth structure whilst replicating nature as closely as possible.
Her open and calm persona has made her exceptionally popular with patients, particularly those who suffer from dental phobias. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and staying active.”

Miss Layken Williams
Oral Health Therapist Layken Williams loves having the opportunity to educate and assist her patients on achieving and maintaining a healthy smile every day.
A Sydney native, Layken has recently joined our team at Waterside and enjoys the friendly team environment at the practice.
Outside of working hours, Layken enjoys getting active, reading and visiting family and friends.

Ms Jessica Oza
Jessica graduated with a BSc as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist from the University of Birmingham in 2012. Shortly after, she completed a vocational training year as part of the Health Education West Midlands scheme, where she gained further extensive training with carrying out restorative and periodontal treatments and in-depth education on a variety of dental topics.
She has since gained a vast amount of experience working in diverse NHS and private practices. She regularly attends dental courses and conferences to further her knowledge and skills in dentistry and keep up to date with modern advancements and techniques. She has a passion for providing preventative and restorative care for both adults and children. She is particularly interested in the treatment of periodontal disease – especially educating patients on the importance of their at home care.
As an empathetic and thorough clinician, she has a high level of attention to detail, and will ensure that your hygienist visit with her will be as comfortable and comprehensive as possible.
In her free time she enjoys travelling to exotic locations, socialising with friends and family and dining out, trying different cuisines.
